Day visits are N$150.00 per person and is charged to guests that do not join any tours.

Guides bringing guests for day visits and joining feeding tours – no fee
Drinks, kiosk, meals extra for guide’s personal account and to be ordered at Harnas
Guides must be booked through their agency or tour operator and should be registered.

Please note: that due to the low level guide rate charge – No commission will be given on guide’s bookings

Activities available:

All activities must be booked in advance and reconfirmed upon arrival to ensure proper coordination and preparation.

Morning feeding tour
On the morning feeding tour you will experience the history and lives of our big cats, wild dogs, lions, leopards, baboons etc . You will be transported in one of our vehicles and be able to relax and experience our amazing Namibian wildlife up close and personal. Watch a lion attacking its meal just a few feet away. Hear the amazing sounds and behavior of the endangered wild dog. Drive between the graceful cheetah and laugh at the antics of the baboon clan! Our experienced tour guide will give interesting information about our animals during this tour. The tour is about 2 and a half hour long. Sundays are usually the animals weekly fast day. On this day tours will proceed as normal but no feeding will take place.

Afternoon feeding tour
On the afternoon feeding tour you will start your tour with a delicious treat. Your guide will accompany you to view the amazing animals like the nile crocodile, special brown hyena, lions, vervet monkeys, cheeky cheetah day care centre, church, volunteer village and many more intimate Harnas sights. The tour will last around 1 and a half hour.

Horse Riding
This amazing experience is only available when we have a guide to take guests out – Preferable people with experience!

Lion Roar sundowner
Hear the thrilling battle of the lions roaring and competing for the loudest and strongest position on Harnas while drinking a delicious sundowner if you are lucky! Goosebumps are included!!

Radio Tracking in lifeline area
Help with the adventurous search of a cheetah or lion with a radio collar in our lifeline area after its release every morning. This tour is however limited and can only take place if a release has been made-

Children Policy:
Children under 4 years: pay no fee for accommodation and tours. Drinks and meals ordered are normal rates
Children above 4 years and under 12 years pay 50 % of accommodation and tour rates. Drinks and meals ordered are normal rates
Children of 12 Years and above is seen as adult rate and pays in full

• Valid if children share room with parents, otherwise full charge!

Children should be accompanied with Adults at all times and are not allowed to get of vehicles during Feeding sessions/tours.

Activities are subject to change, may be delayed or cancelled – due to unforeseen circumstances and the wild animal factor.

ALL MEALS SHOULD BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE FROM OUR LAPA-STAFF AND RECONFIRMED UPON ARRIVAL .

Harnas reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or other statutory levy, tax or impost becoming payable

Rates are quoted per person per night in Namibian Dollar and include NTB Bed Levy and Vat.
