Accommodation

Your accommodation will be in a wooden cabin unit at the Volunteer Village. The units will be shared by 4 volunteers at a time.  Showers and toilets are communal for the volunteers and separate from the cabins. Harnas will supply towels and bed linen.

The village is run on solar power, and each room has solar panel lights. Since there is no power down at the village we do offer a separate room where volunteers can charge their cell phones, laptops and cameras up at the main farm. The volunteer village is located approximately 700 meters from the main farm.

Food

Harnas will provide you with all food, and all meals are prepared by our Lapa kitchen. Please note that Namibia is predominantly a meat-eating country and that it is not an easy country to be a vegetarian, but we will do our very best to satisfy your needs.

Laundry

Harnas does offer a laundry service from Monday to Saturday. However you are required to wash your own underwear and socks.
