VISA

A working visa is required for participation in our volunteer project.

People from Europe can arrange with Astrid for their visa (via Namibian embassy in Berlin/Germany – duration approx. 2-3 weeks).

Otherwise, please get in contact with Marika who will send you a visa form.
To apply for your visa we need (please fill out, scan and mail):

• the visa form fully completed and signed at bottom page B
• copy of the passport
• Qualification document or even a letter from their employer (to verifiy your passport)
• a copy of the deposit fee

The visa fee for 2011 is N$ 800.00 (not included in the project fee)

The working Visa takes approximately 8-9 weeks to finalize – therefore application forms should be submitted as soon as possible!!!

NO VOLUNTEER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A VALID VISA!
